Youth Consil App   مجموعة من الكوادر الشبابية موزعة جغرافيا على مستوى قطاع غزة، ومكون هذا الجسم الهرمي هم من الشباب ذو الطابع القيادي والريادي في المجتمع الفلسطيني المؤمن بقدرة الشباب على احداث التغيير الايجابي للمجتمع، حيث يعلو الهرم الهيئة العامة للمجالس الشبابية وينبثق منه خمس مجالس شبابية لخمس محافظات ولكل مجلس محافظة مجموعة من مجالس المناطق الأساسية والتي يبلغ عددها على مستوى قطاع غزة 55 مجلس منطقة أساسية ولكل مجلس متوسط عدد أعضاء بواقع 25 عضوا من الشباب. خرجت المجالس الشبابية إلى النور في عام 2015 بعد سنوات من وضع الفكرة الأساسية لها وبدأت بالظهور بشكل قوي على أرض القطاع بعد أن مرت بعد مراحل وهي مرحلة التأسيس، التعليم، الانتشار والخبرة، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن لهذه المجالس هيكلية ادارية تقوم على تنظيم العمل داخل المجالس لتسهيل أعمالها وتنظيمه بشكل يتناسب مع هذا الكادر المنتشر في جميع نقاط قطاع غزة، ولهذه المجالس أنشطة عديدة ومتنوعة هدفها الأساسي النهوض الايجابي بالمجتمع الفلسطيني.
