This privacy policy applies to the El Unico app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Brands International S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided as-is for the use of members and visitors of El Unico lounges.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
Pages of the Application that you visit, date and time of access, and time spent on each page
Device operating system and app version
Your in-app activity, such as QR code scans, bookings, or membership actions
The Application does not collect precise geolocation information unless you grant explicit permission.

Communicate important updates about the Application and lounge services
Notify you about events, promotions, or special offers (only if you consented)
Improve the Application and its services
For certain features, such as membership registration or booking a lounge experience, the Application may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, phone number, or membership ID. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Standard uninstall processes for your mobile device apply.

User-provided data will be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of your personal data, please contact office@bintl.ro and your request will be processed in a timely manner.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor device usage to ensure compliance.

The Service Provider implements reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
